Het aanbod:
- Gross annual salary up to € 124.000,- including 8% holiday allowance, based on 40-hours
- A 40-hour workweek with the flexibility to occasionally work from home
- Individual bonus scheme up to 1,5 gross monthly salary on annual basis (on target), along with a collective variable numeration

Jouw profiel:
- Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in professional or financial services within international, matrix organizations
- Proven track record in change management, leadership and organization development
- Excellent leadership and management skills of managing HR and payroll teams
- Experience in collaborating with multiple workers councils and leading negotiations
- Strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to lead teams to flawlessly execute HR fundamentals
- Experience in managing complex mid to large-sized projects within HR
- Fluent in English and Dutch, French is an advantage
